Features
The Industrial Multi Media Water Filter is a highly efficient pressure filtration system designed to improve water quality by removing suspended solids, turbidity, sediment, and other particulate contaminants. Utilizing multiple layers of carefully selected filtration media, the system provides deep-bed filtration with excellent dirt-holding capacity and stable hydraulic performance.
Compared with single-layer filtration systems, the multi-media design distributes contaminants throughout the media bed, resulting in longer filtration cycles, reduced backwashing frequency, and improved filtration efficiency. The system is widely used as pretreatment for reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), cooling water systems, wastewater reuse, and municipal water treatment.
Designed for continuous industrial operation, the filter is available with manual or automatic backwashing and can be customized to meet different flow capacities, water qualities, and project requirements.
Multi-layer Filtration Technology
