Automatic RO Water Purification System Manufacturer
Product Introduction
The Automatic RO Water Purification System integrates advanced reverse osmosis membranes with intelligent automatic control to deliver consistent purified water quality. The system is designed for industrial facilities requiring reliable operation, minimal maintenance, and high water recovery efficiency.
The Automatic Reverse Osmosis System is an advanced membrane-based water purification system designed for continuous industrial water production. By utilizing pressure-driven membrane separation technology, the system efficiently removes dissolved minerals, hardness, microorganisms, and organic contaminants, providing reliable purified water for various industrial applications.
The system combines pretreatment equipment, high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane modules, automatic control systems, and online monitoring instruments into a compact skid-mounted unit. Intelligent automation ensures stable operation, high recovery efficiency, and reduced maintenance requirements.
Suitable for industrial process water, boiler make-up water, drinking water production, wastewater reuse, and ultrapure water pretreatment, the system provides dependable long-term operation with excellent water quality.
Working Principle
Raw water first passes through the pretreatment system, where suspended solids, chlorine, and larger particles are removed to protect the RO membranes.
The pretreated water is then delivered by a high-pressure pump into the membrane pressure vessels. Under high pressure, water molecules pass through the semi-permeable RO membranes while dissolved salts, bacteria, organic substances, and other contaminants are rejected and discharged as concentrate water.
The purified permeate water is collected for further use or additional polishing treatment such as EDI or mixed bed ion exchange if higher purity is required.
The PLC continuously monitors system pressure, conductivity, flow rate, and operating status to ensure stable and reliable operation.
Performance Features
High Salt Rejection
Advanced RO membranes provide excellent removal of dissolved salts and maintain consistent permeate water quality.
Stable Continuous Operation
Automatic monitoring and intelligent control ensure uninterrupted water production with minimal operator intervention.
Compact Integrated Design
The skid-mounted structure simplifies transportation, installation, and future system expansion.
Low Maintenance Requirements
Automatic flushing functions help reduce membrane fouling and extend membrane service life.
Installation & Maintenance
The RO system should be installed indoors on a stable foundation with adequate ventilation and maintenance space.
Pretreatment equipment must operate correctly to protect the membranes from fouling and scaling. Feed water quality should comply with the membrane manufacturer’s recommendations.
Routine maintenance includes checking pressure readings, conductivity, flow rates, cartridge filters, chemical dosing systems, and membrane performance. Periodic membrane cleaning is recommended based on operating conditions to maintain optimum production efficiency.
Proper operation and scheduled maintenance significantly extend membrane life and reduce operating costs.
